Bob Masterson
Bobby Masterson is the Assistant Director of Public Works for the City of Edmond, Oklahoma, a role he has held since February 2022. With over 13 years of experience in public works, Bobby has been instrumental in overseeing and managing various critical functions within the city. His journey with the City of Edmond began in 2011 when he served as the Fleet and Solid Waste Superintendent, a position in which he was responsible for maintaining the city's fleet and managing solid waste operations.
Before joining the public sector, Bobby gained valuable experience in the education field, working as an Education Manager at Universal Technical Institute and later as the Director of Education at A.T.I. Enterprises. His diverse background in both education and public administration has equipped him with a unique skill set, enabling him to effectively manage the complex operations of the Public Works Department.
Bobby holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, has held A.S.E. Master auto and heavy truck certifications for 29 years. His educational background, combined with his extensive experience in public works and fleet management, has made him a key figure in maintaining and improving the infrastructure of Edmond, ensuring that the city’s services run smoothly and efficiently.
