Gavin J. James, P.E.
Mr. James is a registered professional engineer with over 25 years of diverse experience across industry, government, consulting firms, and private developers. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Arkansas, Missouri, and Ohio. Holding an M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a B.S. in Business Management from Oklahoma State University, he brings both technical expertise and a strategic business perspective to his work. Since 2016, he has been a partner at ALL Consulting, LLC, where he leads the Civil and Infrastructure Engineering group and serves as Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. James specializes in the siting, permitting, design, and construction of waste and wastewater infrastructure, with extensive expertise in waste management and Class I and Class II injection wells. His experience includes the design, permitting, and construction of oil and gas waste reclamation facilities, disposal well facilities, and Subtitle C & D as well as RCRA exempt E&P waste landfills. A seasoned professional in environmental compliance, he adeptly navigates complex regulations to ensure successful project delivery. Beyond technical expertise, Mr. James excels in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, overseeing construction activities, and fostering productive collaborations with regulatory agencies, utilizing traditional, design-build, and turnkey project approaches.
