Kenny Schwab
Mr. Schwab has earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He also has a Master of Arts in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. He is a registered Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer in the state of Oklahoma and a nationally Certified Floodplain Manager. He has over 30 years of civil engineering design and management experience in the public and private sectors. The majority of his experience is in infrastructure capital improvements for municipalities.
Mr. Schwab has spent over 20 years in the consulting sector, including owning his own engineering firm. He spent over 14 years in the government sector working with the City of Broken Arrow as first the Director of Engineering and Construction and now serving as the Assistant City Manager over Operations. As Assistant City Manager, Mr. Schwab oversees the public works departments (which include Solid Waste & Recycling), community development department, and emergency management division within the city.
