Patrick Connell
Patrick Connell is the General Manager for Republic Services and is responsible for leading the business unit in Central and Western Oklahoma. Patrick, with the assistance of a fantastic team, serves the communities of Oklahoma with solid waste, recycling, and household hazardous waste, as well as the hauling, transfer, and disposal. He manages and oversees the operations of all landfills and transfer stations in his area. Patrick leads a team of 103 employees from front line drivers, post-collection laborers, maintenance technicians, sales, office staff, and fellow Oklahoma area leadership. He comes to Republic Services with a wealth of management skills including operations, P&L Management, Risk Management, Customer Relations and Satisfaction, Sales, and Marketing Management. Patrick has successfully managed hundreds of employees across several states in his tenure. Patrick is passionate about serving his God, family, and team, and helping our communities while placing safety as the number one priority.
